Weight Distribution Recommendation for a 2006 Cedar Creek Silverback with 11,013 lb GVWR
Question:
I have a 2018 Ram 2500 diesel. I just purchased a 2006 Cedar Creek Silver back travel trailer. Tongue weight is 1,950lbs. GVWR 11,013 lbs. Will this Eq37120ET work with my equipment?

Hey Glen, thanks for reaching out!
The 12K Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET will work but you'll have to be pretty careful to load your trailer so you only have 10% of the weight on the tongue.
Since the ideal loaded tongue weight is 13% the weight of the trailer I actually recommend going with the the 16K model # EQ64FR so you have a little wiggle room to deal with and your tongue weight should fall in the middle of the 1,200 lbs - 1,600 lbs range this system is rated for.
