I have a 2006 dodge 2500 with a draw-tite rail frame kit 4435 part number i was seen is the c-52 fold down goose ball kit will bolt up to my rail kit.

The enter Section for Curt Folding Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C-52 you're referring too is only going to work with the Curt folding Gooseneck trailer hitch, so not your Draw-Tite # 4435.

Instead, you'd want the Center Section for Fold-Down Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 8339 which folds down when not in use like # C-52, has a GTW of 25,000 lbs, and has integrated spring loaded safety chain loops.
