Ground Control Troubleshoot

Question:

Have a Heartland fuel with 6 point Lippert auto leveling. Talked to the company, went thru unplugging and moving the plugs to different ones to see if the center Jack would work off of the front leg power. It didn’t . Told us to check the continuity on the Jack, but gave us no information on doing that . How can you test the Jack motor with just a twelve volt battery? Hooking it up ? Certain wires, or have to cut wires ?
