What Will Allow Furrion Vision S System to Function with Newer GM Truck
Question:
I have a technical question. I just bought a pair of these and have them hooked up. When I am on shore power, they work perfectly and throw a reliable signal to my monitor on the dash of my GMC pickup. But when I connect my 7 pin, I dont get a video signal at all, although the amber light is lit. What have I dont wrong? Seems to me I have miswired this light somehow. I dont have an available trigger wire for the turn signals yet, so just looking to have them full-on when the truck lights are on. Would appreciate any advice you can offer.

Hey Nick, we have just what you need to fix your problem but the issue is the wiring of your truck. The Furrion Vision S cameras do not like the power supply that is provided by the trailer wiring of the newer GM trucks so what is needed is to use the Furrion Vision S adapter part # FR87PR which cleans up the way the power is provided so that the Vision S camera can function properly.
