I do see both the load range D Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # LHWL300 and load range E Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # LHWL304 are both designed to fit a 15x5 or 15x6 wheel. So as long as your 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2500RL travel trailer has enough clearance for the larger tire size you should not have any issues. The 225/75R15 is 1.2" taller and 0.8" wider than your current tire. It is recommended to have 1" of sidewall clearance and 3" of vertical tire clearance so you will need to measure your tires to ensure you will still have enough clearance. If you find you do not have one of these measurements please let me know as you may also be able to install a Lift Kit # RR23QX for additional vertical clearance.
