Personally I am a big fan of GMC's but as everyone has the brands they prefer you are going to know what you like more than I will. I do always recommend going with a 350/3500 series dually as they provide the most stable ride quality. With the weight of your camper you can select either gas or diesel depending on your preference.
If you have any specific questions about what you may need as far as a 5th wheel hitch or camper accessories please let me know as there are several items which will make your experience much more pleasurable.
