There are a handful of things to look at with your towing setup, but the first and most important is to make sure you're using a weight distribution system with your towing setup. A weight distribution system will help keep your towing rig level as well as keep the trailer from swaying back and forth so the right one should take a lot of the movement you're feeling out of the equation.
A good solid choice is the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU47FR which has a tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 800 lbs so if your loaded tongue weight falls in the middle of this range then this is the right one for you. If you have a different loaded tongue weight please let me know and I'll be more than happy to help you find the right one!
If you're already using a weight distribution system then I recommend making sure it's properly rated for your trailer as well.
