Hi Robert,
The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS05TASF does get power from the running light circuit of your van's 7-way connector, but you wouldn't need to change the fuse size. The fuse is there to protect the wire from overheating and melting so adding a higher rated fuse in order to pull more power for the camera could lead to an electrical fire. If your camera system isn't getting enough power then you can splice in the PWM Filter # VGR64VR in behind the rear camera. This comes with butt connectors already crimped on and ready to connect to the factory wiring and will store a bit of power to keep a constant 12 volts running to camera while the tow vehicle is running.
Try installing the camera first and seeing if you have issues with connectivity. If so you can use a multimeter # PT89ZR at the camera to see what the voltage is and add in the filter if needed.
