Recommended Hub and Slip On Rotor for a 2017 Dual Axle Boat Trailer
Question:
I have a 2017 dual axel boat trailer that has dexter hydrolic/electric brakes. The brakes currently have 9 3/4” integrated hub/rotors. I want to install new 5 lug on 4 1/2 replacement hubs and add rotors over the hubs. I am trying to find replacement rotors that will install over the hubs. Do you have one or will I need to move the calipers using an add on bracket to accommodate larger rotors?

For replacement hubs with a 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern you can use the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K.
This kit includes the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts, has an easy grease cap for seamless lubrication, and will work with 13" to 15" wheels.
For slip on rotors, the Kodiak 10" Rotor # KR10D will work great, has a 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern, and will fit over any standard idler hub.
