Is Suspension Enhancement Needed for Front and Rear Axles of 2013 GMC Sierra for 5th Wheel Towing
Question:
I have just ordered the above Suspension enhancement for my 2013 GMC. I will be installing them on their arrival, my question is: If I tow a 5th wheel trailer, 27 feet long, approx 8000 lbs, should I also add the same style of Jounce bumper stop to the front of the truck? Ive looked at the front Timbren style jounce bumpers, but they speak mostly to being used for snow plows and such. Any additional information would be appreciated. My vehicle is: 2013 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton extended cab 4X4 shortbed.

You are likely not going to need any suspension enhancement at the front of your 2013 GMC Sierra because the 5th wheel trailer will push down on the bed causing the front to come up a little. The Timbren springs you ordered, # TGMRCK15S, will prevent the sag from being a problem.
I would try it first without any suspension enhancement in the front. If you find that you do need something then you can add the front Timbren springs, # TGMFK15CA.
