Will a Kodiak 250 Disc Brake Caliper Fit in Place of a Kodiak 225 Caliper
Question:
just wondering if this will be able to replace a kodiak 225? will it mount on the brackets that had originally held a kodiak 225 caliper?

You should not have any problem fitting the Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper, # KDBC250S, in place of the # KDBC225S. The major difference is the piston size (1/4 larger on the 250).
The 225 is designed for 3,500 to 6,000 pound axles whereas the 250 is designed for 7,000 to 8,000 pound axles. If the actuator you are using is not rated high enough then it could have problem pushing the piston to apply the brakes.
