Can TIPM of 2011 Ram be Bypassed so that Trailer Running Light Circuit Can be Repaired

2011 Ram: can’t determine which fuse controls trailer running lights

It's probably controlled by the TIPM which requires a dealer visit to reset which is super annoying. To bypass this you could wire in a universal 4-way to your taillight wiring which you could then run to your current 7-way. For that you would need the part # 119178KIT.
