Recommended Weight Distribution System for a 7,500 lbs Trailer

Hi, I do have trailer with total weight 7518 lb,it dry weight. What hitch with weight distribution and sway control I need. Thank you

Weight Distribution systems are recommended based off of tongue weight which is typically between 10% - 15% of your trailer's total weight when loaded. For a 7,518 lbs trailer your tongue weight will be between 750 lbs and 1,125 lbs. With this in mind, I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control item # FA92-00-1200. This system has a tongue weight range of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs so your trailer would fit perfectly within that.
The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution item # FA92-00-1200 comes with a 2" shank. It has built in sway control that will keep your trailer in line when you are going down the highway and get passed by a semi or make a sudden movement.

This system does not include a hitch ball. Depending on your coupler size you will either need a 2" Hitch Ball item # A-90 or a 2-5/16" hitch ball item # C40030.
