Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring that Doesn't Work Only Between One Vehicle and One Trailer
Question:
Mine is doing same thing, however. All trailer lights work on other three other vehicles. The running lights only on my truck come on for a second and go off. I have hooked my truck up to three other trailers and one exactly like mine that I’m having problems with and all of those trailers work fine off of my truck. Very confused.

It sounds like there's something off with the connection that is made between your tow vehicle and your trailer. I would inspect the pins of both the vehicle and problem trailer wiring and see if there's something unique between those two that allows the problem only between them.
Or sometimes it's a weak ground on the trailer wiring that only causes problems for a vehicle that also has a weaker ground and improving the trailer's ground can help.
