How Do I Hook Up Lights That Have Red, Black And White Wires

My wiring harness has wires, white, green , brown, and yellow. How do I hook up to lights that have red, black, and white wires.

The wires on your 4 wire harness like the # 16-4B-1 will be green for right turn and brake light, yellow for left turn and brake light, brown for running lights and white for ground.
I am not sure exactly what light you are installing but the typical 3-wire functions are as follows: White wire for ground, Black wire for tail light, Red wire for turn signal.
