Could TremPro 644 be Used to Stop Leak in Sedona Bumper

Question:

I have a leak in my 2020 Kia Sedona trunk. I found that the leak is coming through the rear bumper impact beam brackets see picture with brackets circled in red. There are like four screws and a long rebar like thing that go in the cars body panel. I could remove this impact beam, but I worry it may be adhered the car body along with the screws and I also wont be able to access the inside of the body panels to seal the openings once the impact bar is removed. I have included a picture showing a diagram of the parts. The impact beam is made of heavy gauge gloss painted steel and the car body seems to be flat car body paint or primer. Those are the materials being sealed together. My question is whether or not this sealant would be a good option to seal around the bracket on the outside and around the heads of the bolts and avoid tampering with the factory installation of the bracket at all. I was also considering a typical urethane sealant that is used to seal car body panel seams, but I am thinking a silicone sealant may be better because of its more rubbery composure to deal with shaking or vibration.

While the TremPro 644 # 0160297 wasn't designed for your specific situation it would work really well to stop the leak and would hold up well.
