If your truck is sagging due to your trailer then I would suggest the Reese Weight Distribution, part # 49570. This system works with tongue weight from 600 to 1,200 lbs and 12,000 gross towing weight. This system should provide a more even ride for the trailer and the vehicle. Tongue weight is typically 10 to 15 percent of the gross trailer weight. So for a 7,000 pound trailer that would be 700 to 1,050 pounds.

Suspension enhancement like part # TDR1500DQ, will help if sagging is due to heavy weight being placed in the bed of your truck.

If you wish to add an air suspension system along with your weight distribution, I would recommend a system like the Air Lift Vehicle Suspension, part # AL60818. This system fits inside your existing coil springs for added support when hauling heavy loads. You can adjust the pressure in the springs from 5 psi to 35 psi. These springs will not increase your Dodge Ram Pickup's weight-carrying capacity. Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended weight limit. If you install this air suspension system while you have the weight distribution system in place, I recommend using the minimum amount of air in the system so that the weight distribution system can work more effectively.

If you would like to control the amount of air in the air suspension system from the comfort of your truck cab, I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System, part # AL74000. This will allow you to be able to adjust 2 air springs independently with the wireless remote control from inside your truck or outside. I have attached a link to an installation video for this system.

You will need a hitch ball for the system like part # A-90 for a 2 inch ball, or part # C40030 for a 2-5/16 inch.

I have attached a link to a helpful article on weight distribution and sway control, and also an article that explains how to calculate tongue weight.
