Will The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch Fit On Reese Base Rails
Question:
Could you please tell me if the below products will work together. In the Reese bed rail description it does not say anything about being compatible with a BandW fifth wheel hitch. BWRVK3200 RP50084-58

The Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50084-58 will place the rails 22" apart from center to center, which is the industry standard. The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200 has industry standard mounting points so it will be a compatible fit.
When installing the rails I leave the bolts that connect them to the frame brackets a little bit loose and place the hitch in place and then tighten them down to ensure an easy fit. There's a slight amount of wiggle room when placing the rails so you can sometimes end up a 1/16" off and then the feet of the hitch fight you every time you try to install or remove the hitch.
If you don't already have an inbed 7-way connection then I recommend also installing the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector # C56070. This plugs in-line to your factory 7-way and runs up to the bed for easier connection to your 5th wheel's 7-way cable.
