The least visible trailer hitch for your 2024 BMW X5 is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH25VR.
This is actually not visible at all unless you have the included ball mount or rack receiver installed. Both are removed for use when not towing/carrying an accessory so it doesn't look like you have a hitch in whatsoever.
If you don't plan on doing any towing you can just get the model with the rack receiver only, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH89VR.
