To add a hitch to your 2024 GMC Terrain, I recommend the Curt item # C77FR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your SUV with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper. This leaves only the 2" receiver visible.
The Curt item # C77FR is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C94FR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
