There will be a few options for helping the rear suspension on your 2023 Toyota Tundra. Adding a Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # T45MR will certainly help to reduce sagging and improve stability when towing. The main advantage of Timbrens is they are easy to install and require no maintenance. The downside is that they may create a bit of a bumpy ride at times when you are not towing or carrying your quad.
The other option is adding an air bag kit like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL84JQ. The air bag kit offers adjustability that the Timbrens do not, so that is what I recommend going with. You will be able to level your ride when you are hauling, and retain the factory ride when you are not. The air bags will be a more complex initial install, but the adjustability makes it worthwhile. They can be filled with any standard air compressor, or you have the option to add an on-board compressor like the Air Lift # AL58WQ.
