There's two options to convert your B&W Companion hitch's base so it works with the puck system in the Ram trucks. I have listed both options below:
Slider Base - B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3670
Standard Base - Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVB3600
