2022 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Trailer Hitch and Wiring Recommendations

Question:

I'd like to add a tow hitch to my 2022 Range Rover Sport. Initially it's for a bike rack but I'd also like to eventually tow with it so I think it might be worth adding the wiring while I'm at it. Does this make sense to you?

It definitely makes sense, and if you do plan on towing with your 2022 Land Rover Range Rover Sport I think it's a fantastic idea to install the wiring at the same time. For a hitch and wiring I recommend the following:

- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e86AR
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118275
- 4-Way/7-Way Socket # HM40975
- No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136

I really like the etrailer trailer hitch because it has a matte black finish. This does a great job at matching your vehicle trim as well as mitigating any scratches that might pop up from road debris. And then with the T-One wiring is the most reliable option on the market so you can't go wrong with it. The 4-Way/7-Way socket enables you to tow any trailer wiring configuration, and the no-drill bracket makes it easier to secure the wiring next to your hitch receiver.
