I want to add a hitch and a bike rack to my 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500 RV. What do you recommend?

I recommend installing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e99AR on your 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500 because it has a matte black finish that helps it match the trim on your vehicle plus helps hide scratches better than the classic glossy black finish does.
Then if you don't already have a bike rack in mind I recommend using the Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender # PVP20B along with the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA22B. This combination was built for the ProMaster and can accommodate a wide variety of bikes on the market as long as they don't have front fenders.
