I can verify there will be no drilling needed in the frame of your 2024 Toyota RAV4 in order to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR.
Installing the # e23ZR just requires you to lift the hitch into position and use the provided bolts to secure it in place and that's it, you're done.
If you also need a 4-way trailer wiring harness the correct fit for your '24 RAV4 is the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56434.
