Can Snow Tire Chains be Used on 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic Front Wheels
Question:
Questions about tire chains for front end of a 2007 chevy silverado, I have been told to be very careful with chains on the front axle as they tend to rip brakelines off. Would be a put chains on to get unstuck and go home situation.

You should not use snow tire chains on the front wheels of your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic, even with an unstuck and go situation. Per the owners manual I found online, you should only use tire chains on the rear wheels.
The right tire chains are going to depend on the size of your tires; for example if your Chevy has 245/70-17 size tires use the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2323 with Rubber Tire Chain Adjusters # TCMA2.
