Roof Rack for 2020 Toyota RAV4 for Thule Hullavator  

Question:

Can I attach a Thule Hullavator Pro to the factory installed cross bars on my 2020 Toyota RAV4? I purchased the Thule XAdapt11 kit, which the retailer for the Hullavator said I needed, but it appears to require a track on the cross bars. These cross bars have no track.

Your flush bar style of roof rack is not compatible with the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 as it doesn't allow the rack to be carried off the side enough to not hit the vehicle with it is raised and lowered. You need a rack that has crossbars that stick out at least 4 inches from the feet like the Thule Wingbar Evo part # TH711300, # TH49SC, # TH78RE.
