If you want a powered roof vent then the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-07500K is what I'd go with.
This roof vent has a 12V variable speed fan with two operating modes, an integrated rain shield to let you use the fan in any weather, and includes a remote to control the thermostat and fan.
If you didn't want a powered roof vent then I'd go with the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-06200K instead. This is going to be the exact same thing as the powered unit just minus the powered arms.
