Trailer Hitch For 2018 Subaru Crosstrek For Cargo Carrier

Question:

I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Is there a rack that I could use to carry a collapsable wheelchair on the rear bumper? I dont have a hitch yet. It s hitch system best? Chairs weigh 25-40 pounds, 6 inches in width. I tire of putting it up into the trunk. TY.

A hitch with a cargo carrier is definitely the easiest option for your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek to carry a collapsible wheelchair. I assume by rack you were talking bike rack, but there isn't one that will work with a collapsible wheelchair, which is why you should go with a cargo carrier. For a hitch that fits your Crosstrek - so long as it is not a hybrid - use the following:
