The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358 installation process does not require you to lower or modify your 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 exhaust in any way. The installation itself looks pretty straightforward but it is worth noting that the hardware you'll be removing holds up the bumper so you need to make sure you have it secured before all of the hardware has been completely removed.
