Clearance Dimensions of Roadmaster Dual Hitch Reciever With 2 Inch Rise
Question:
I am trying to decide if this thing will work with my motor home. I need to know the distance between the hole that holds it in the receiver on the motor home and the back edge of the new receiver where the towbar will go. My receiver on the motor home is up under the home by about 6.5 inches. Thanks

The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back side of the receiver openings is 6-3/4 inches. From hitch pin hole to hitch pin hole on receiver openings is 10-1/4 inches.
If you are simply looking for an extension and not necessarily two receiver openings, we have several extensions available in various sizes. I have included a link to all of our 2 inch extension parts. Please note that using one of these extenders will reduce hitch capacity by 50 percent.
