Troubleshooting Timbren SES Installation On A 200 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD
Question:
The bracket doesn’t align with factory bump stop bracket bolts holes. Truck is a 2000 gmc Sierra 1500 4x4

There is a slight mounting difference between different cab styles of the 2000 GMC Sierra 4WD models so you might have the incorrect kit. It looks like you have the Timbren SES # TGMRCK25S, which is only compatible with 4-Door Extended Cab and Crew Cab on 4WD models. If you 3-Door Extended Cab or Regular Cab 4WD model you'll need the Timbren SES # TGMRCK15S instead.
Did you have a bracket in place for the factory jounce bumper that you removed that looks like what I have pictured below? Let me know what you have and we can keep troubleshooting further.
