Does this part also fit a 2002 Jayco Kiwi 21C to raise the trailer slightly?

We don't have any way of knowing specifically what axle is on a 2002 Jayco Kiwi, so to determine the right lift kit you'll have to take a look at the axle tag to see what it specifies.
If you have a Dexter Torflex #10 you would need the Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle # K71-707-02.
For a Dexter Torflex #9 you would need two of the Torflex Lift Kit - Single Axle # K71-723-01.
If the axle tag is not there you'd have to reach out to Jayco with your VIN for the axle information.
