The Thule Force XT XXL cargo box, # TH6359B, will fit the factory roof rack on your 2014 Lexus RX 350. To determine if it will fit without hatch interference you will need to take one measurement. Measure from the center of the front bar in its most forward position (if it can be moved) straight back to the seam between the roof and hatch. If that distance is greater than 54-3/4 inches then the box will fit without hatch interference.

From where the Thule Aeroblade Edge Roof Rack part numbers #TH7602B-TH7603B and #THKIT3112 will install on your vehicle they will add right at an additional 2-1/2 inches of height to the vehicle. I attached a picture that shows this dimension.
