The easiest way to add a hitch to your 2019 StarCraft Mossy Oak 21FB travel trailer is to use the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch item # E-100. This hitch simply attaches to your 4" square channel bumper. It has a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight so plenty of capacity for e-bikes and a bike rack. This set up would work great with a bike rack like the Swagman E-Spec item # S94FR which has a 70 lbs capacity per bike and is rated to be used behind a travel trailer.

However, lots of the E-bike capable bike racks have restrictions against bumper mounted hitches. If your bike rack is one of these you're going to need to use the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch item # 13703 on your 2019 StarCraft 21FB travel trailer. This is a universal hitch that works with trailer frames from 22" to 72" Wide. It also has a 350 lbs tongue weight capacity. This will bolt directly to your frame for a stronger connection which is what some bike rack manufacturers require.
