I do have a potential solution for you. I am afraid we do not carry any kind of custom fit trailer hitch for a Hyundai H100. It may be possible to fit your truck with a universal weld on hitch like the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C99CR. The flanges are adjustable and can be made to fit frames between 18" and 44" wide. You would need to take your truck to a professional welder and have the hitch fabricated to fit your vehicle.
