Can Curt Hitch 13323 Fit 2010 Toyota Tacoma with OEM Hitch
Question:
my 2010 Toyota Tacoma hitch/bumper rusted out and fell off my truck. From the looks of it the hitch is bolted onto the frame. Can the 13323 be a replacement for what just fell off?

The Curt hitch part # 13323 is not listed as a fit for your 2010 Toyota Tacoma as it does not fit the versions of the truck that have the OEM hitch. That being said I don't see why it would match up to the frame now that the OEM hitch is gone. I would be a little worried that the frame rusted badly as well where this would need to install.
