Troubleshooting a Magnatek 6345 Converter that Trips the GFCI Breaker When Plugged Into Shore Power
Question:
Model 6345 convertor Grounds out the shore power GFI breaker when I hook up shore power. Can you give me an Idea whats going on. Genrator running it does just fine. Only when I hook up shore power.

It sounds like your Magnatek 6345 converter is tripping the GFCI breaker when plugged into shore power. This is more than likely a wiring issue, so I'd recommend checking out your wiring connections and grounds for any damage or breakage.
If there is any bad wiring or weak grounds, just replace as needed and check to see if the issue continues. If your wiring is fine, and your grounds are good as well, then then its an issue with your converter and it would need to be replaced with the Progressive Dynamics Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel # PD4645V, which is a direct replacement.
