Per Roadmaster's fitguide, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 would be a compatible fit for your 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a 392 Hemi engine. If you haven't picked out the rest of your flat towing components then I have the following recommendations:
Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates # e74ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables bracketed to the arms so you won't have to purchase them separately or worry about them dragging on the ground.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. If you have ParkSense Proximity Sensors then you'll need Smart Diodes # RM63MR instead.
Braking System: If your motorhome has hydraulic brakes then you'll want the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. If it has air brakes then you'll want the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 instead. Both of these systems require that you tap into the brake light switch wire for the indicator light, which isn't useable in your Wrangler so you'll need to also install the Roadmaster Stop light kit # RM-751490. This will connect to your indicator light so that you can see when the brakes are being activated in the Wrangler.
