Is There a Way to Adapt a Reese Elite Hitch to Fit Ram OEM Puck System
Question:
I have a Reese ELITE 18 part # 30142 made for the Ford Puck System. But now have a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 with the Puck System. Do they make a conversion kit so I can use my hitch? Or will I have to buy a new hitch?

There isn't a replacement leg kit that would allow you to use your Reese Elite hitch in the bed of your 2014 Ram that has the OEM pucks. Only option would be to go with a new hitch that was designed to fit your OEM pucks like the Reese M5 part # RP30918 that you referenced.
