Will the Deluxe Roller Bunk, # DL21741, Work with an Angled Bottom Boat

Question:

Im interested in purchasing the bunk rollers. I have an 17ft walk around with open cockpit. Are these bunkers more for flat bottom bass boats only ? My boat has the typical angled bottom. Dry weight is 1300 pounds. My concern is how well the boat will ease onto the rollers. The bunks are pitched at a slight angle to match the angle of the bottom. Boat manufacturer: Arima Model: Seachaser 17 Thanks

The 5 ft long Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk, 12 Sets of 3 Rollers, # DL21741, will work with flat or angled bottom boats. The rollers offer universal mounts and can attach either vertically or horizontally. This bunk system can be mounted flat against your current bunks and it is recommended that you match the length of the rollers to the length of the bunks. You will want to ensure that your bunk boards are in their correct position where they conform to the shape of the boat for ease of loading. Maximum weight capacity for these rollers is 3,000 pounds.

If you do not already have one, I would consider adding the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly, # CE10405G, to the back of your trailer. This will help center the boat and eases loading and unloading.
