will autowbrake work with electric over hydraulic disc brakes. specifically a 39 foot 5th wheel with dual axel . aprox 17,000 lbs . considering converting brakes to disc

I do have an option for you, but the Autowbrake Electric Brake Controller # 3430001 can only be used with electric drum brakes. Instead, you can use the Curt Echo # C51180. This is the only option for an EOH compatible brake controller that doesn't have to be installed in the cab of your vehicle. The Echo plugs in-line with your vehicle 7-way so it is a simple installation. You will be able to adjust the settings and use the manual override using the app on your smartphone.
