Hi everybody. My name is Andy with etrailer.com. And today we're taking a look at Coghlan's, quarter inch in diameter by 50 foot long, multi-purpose utility chord. Now, this multi-purpose utility chord is gonna come in very handy at your campsite. Whether you're gonna be using it as a guideline, or a clothesline, or for small tie downs, a chord like this is gonna serve a variety of different functions at your camp site. So this chord is strong.

This chord is very durable. And because it is woven out of polypropylene material, it is going to resist oil, and rot, and mildew. It's gonna resist abrasion. And it's going to float. Now, this rope is strong, but it is not suitable for climbing.

The label that it comes with, this rope, does indicate that the safe working load is 155 pounds. And again, the diameter is a quarter inch and 50 foot long. Now, if you're looking for a utility chord such as this, but you don't need it to be so thick in diameter, we do have some other smaller options for you, such as Coghlan's multi-purpose utility chord that is an eighth of an inch in diameter, but it's still 50 foot long.
