I have a class A motor home with a Nighthawk Roadmaster 676 Tow Bar. What base plate kit will work with my tow bar and fit my 2022 2 door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon?

The correct base plate for your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect item # RM-521453-5. The direct connect arms are removable and will connect to your Nighthawk Tow Bar item # RM-676.

Since you already have the cable you will just need the following parts to connect to your Jeep's lights and control them:
Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit item # RM-152 or item # RM47ZR if you have LEDs
RoadMaster 6-Wire Trailer Connector - item # RM-910030-7
Roadmaster Bent Electrical Socket Bracket item # RM-910030-5
