Recommended Replacement TBC for a Husky Quest Brake Controller on a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic

I plugged a Quest Trailer Brake Controller from a 2014 Ram 1500 into a 2020 Ram 1500 classic now there is no brake lights. How did i screw up and how do i fix it ? Do I need another Trailer Brake Controller and what kind do i need to buy to fix my problem

What probably happened is that the wiring harness from your 2014 Ram isn't compatible with your 2020 Ram. Unfortunately we do not carry any Husky trailer brake controllers so we aren't going to be able to get you another harness for your current TBC, so you'll need a different brake controller.

If you liked how the Quest looks and operates then I'd recommend going with the Curt Assure Trailer Brake Controller with Adjustable Screen # C49UR with the harness # C51458.

This brake controller will work with trailers up to 4 axles, is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes, and has a 90° vertical mounting range.
