Troubleshooting Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack Being Stuck and Not Going Up or Down

What do you do if the jack is stuck and cannot get it to go up or down?

A few things to check on your Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack w/ Footplate and Drill Powered Option # TV64FR include too much tongue weight as well as proper greasing of the grease zerk fitting towards the top of the trailer jack.
If those don't do anything then it might just be that the internal parts have become damaged. If this is within the 1-Year limited warranty then I recommend looking into that, but if not then you'll need to replace the jack entirely.
