Relays On Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56225 Will Not Fully Seat Into Harness
Question:
None of the relays click into place on this 2 blue relays and one brown and white. There is only one way to connect them on each one but they only go so far and I dont want to break them. I can see the plastic tab that will make them click but cant get the plugs in that far to make it hold. Do you think they will be okay since they are pretty firmly plugged in. I dont want to start over if this doesnt work the first time and I dont want them coming loose later.

Expert Reply:
The relays on the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56225 are supposed to fully seat into the harness. I recommend removing the relays to verify none of the pins were bent or there is any debris inside the connectors which prevents them from fully seating. You want the relays to fully seat into the connectors as this will prevent them from falling out over time or causing any shorts inside the connector which may damage the relay and your harness.
