While I do not see any aftermarket manufacturers with a trailer hitch receiver for your 2020 Volvo S60, you may still be able to have one fabricated at a nearby fabrication shop. The Weld-On Receiver # E17 may help them to create a custom hitch on your Volvo.
I recommend also installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56224 when you have the receiver fabricated. This will give you a 4-flat connector which connects to most small trailers. It will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are using a large hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights.
