What is the correct model of the heavy duty sumosprings for a 2021 ford f250 super duty - 4WD for heavy duty trailer towing? TIA!

The heavy duty SumoSprings kit you would want for your 2021 Ford F-250 would be the # SSR-128-47-2 which has a 5k capacity. If there is no bump stop perch over the axle you would instead need the kit part # SSR-129-47-2.
