What Size Thread Tap for Weld Nuts of 2006 Honda Ridgeline for Draw Tite Hitch
Question:
I recently bought a Draw-Tite hitch for my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I need to clean out the factory nuts and want to use a hand tap and die set. What size tap should I use? Is it 1/2 TPI?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The weld nuts in the frame of your 2006 Honda Ridgeline for the Draw Tite part # 75280 take an M12x1.25 size bolt so that would be the size thread tap.
